The client wanted something their people would use for the full 30 days, not a giveaway that sits in a drawer. We built a training set in their brand colours: a sports duffel, headband and wristband pair, an insulated bottle, a portable cooling fan and a fitted training shirt, each piece branded in a way that suits the material. Sets were packed per person with a printed challenge card and delivered across four offices in one morning.

Sets went out on day one of the challenge, and the same kit was repeated the year after.

A Ramadan box that didn't look like everyone else's

Instead of the standard date box, we commissioned a small run of hand-thrown ceramic bowls, paired them with single-origin dates, a woven runner and a hand-poured oud candle, and wrapped everything in a reusable cloth in the firm's muted brand palette. Each box carried a short handwritten card.

Delivered a week before Ramadan, with a repeat brief for National Day the same year.

New joiners were spread across three emirates and starting every other week. We built one standard welcome kit — notebook, insulated bottle, desk mat, quality pen and a branded tote — and held stock so the client can trigger a delivery to any home address with a single message.

Kits arrive the day before a new joiner's first day, with no internal admin.
